Delaware Mom On A Mission!


I am a 31 year old mother to three beautiful children, a wife, daughter, sister, friend and teacher . I have let myself go and am afraid that I may not be there to see my children's children. I also have been having pains that I should be having at only 31 years of age!!! Therefor, I am doing something about it- TODAY!!!!

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 100 pounds in 2 years. I am also want to create a healthier lifestyle so that my children will grow up healthy!

My Program:
 I am following the Weight Watchers point system and using the exercise regimen laid out for me by Spark People.


Personal Information:
I live near Bethany Beach, Delaware. Along with being a wife and mom, I am a sister, daughter, aunt, friend and teacher. I love my job working with special needs children in Sussex County.

Other Information:
 I love sports- watching them, playing them and just being around them. I am a huge fan of University of Delaware athletics. Go Blue Hens!!! I also love NFL football and the New York Giants.

    Think about what your goals are. Are you getting there? Are you doing everything you can to get there? If not, why not. There are only as many hours in the day as we make use of. If we waste them, they are gone forever. Just something to think about.
