I am a married mother of 4 who is struggling with prioritizing. I have the best of intentions but frequently get overcome by life and taking care of others. I am not giving up though. I know that I will continue this journey because I am worth every effort that I make towards becoming a healthier, stronger me!!

My Goals:
I need to lose close to 100 lbs. I know life is full of obstacles so no set date. I just want to to focus on taking care of me daily.

My Program:
 I want to stay within my calorie range(1200-1500) drink 8 cups of water and exercise daily
