I need to melt like chocolate


Hi I am a 37yr single mother of two pre-teens and I am also employed as well as a student. I need all the love and support and the best ideas from people that are motivated like me to lose the weight. It only works if you have a good support team. So please be my team. My Goals:
My goal is to lose weight so I can live longer for my children. I don't want to get any of the illness that are associated with being overweight. so I got to do it now.

My Program:
 Cut out all red meats.P90x walking and spending outside time with my children.


Personal Information:
I am from NY originally but I currently reside in GA.

Other Information:
 I love to read I will try to read anything. My favorite movies are Dirty Dancing, GI Jane, Kill Bill and musicals. My favorite tv shows are House, CSI, Greys Anatomy, True Blood, Private Practice, so you think you can Dance and American Idol (please don't tell anyone about those last 2 lol)
