    It's amazing how far over I have been going on my calories by not tracking. You just don't realize! It may take a little more time on the computer...but tracking your food is really worth it in the long run.

    I'm right there with ya! We were down there yesterday and the oil was lying on the beach...so ugly. It's been too rough for the smaller boats to be out skimming and, apparently, the workers are on holiday because I sure haven't seen any lately.

    Hopefully, things will get into high gear soon and we can get all this behind us. I'm hoping the well will get capped and that big, huge "A Whale" ship will get going and scoop up all the oil before it makes it to the shore.

    Thanks for commenting on my Blog! Roger was awesome! Just so nice and friendly. He had definitely gained some weight back..maybe 25-30 lbs...but he still looks good! Ali was buff!!! When she was walking across the stage talking, you could see the muscles in her legs...and her arms! Buff!! Inspirational!
