My Program:
 1500 Cal/d balanced diet meals delivered

Sleep at least 7 hours a day.

Do 150-250min exercise per week
RET: 2 full-body sessions a week, 1 full-body circuit a week
AET:
One 60-min zone 1
Two 30-min zone 2
& one 30-min Zone 3 intervals workout

    Thanks for your comment on my blog. Well, in the end my son's generosity in sharing his cold slowed me down a bit, so I finished in 1:57:26. I had been aiming for sub-1:55:00 and hoping for sub-1:50:00, but I'm fine with it, particularly because it means I'll have an easier time setting a new PR at Disneyworld in February!
