I'm only focusing on 5 pounds at a time
When I lose 5, I'll reset my goals for another 5
When I look at the whole goal, it is totally overwhelming and seems like it will take forever
My Program:
Eat within calorie range!
1200-1550 a day
Drink plenty of water!
Be more active!
I LOVE Zumba and my Elliptical trainer!!!
