8/08/2018 - STARTING OVER
I could use all the support I can get. I really want this time to stick, but I'm having a hard time with consistency.



I will never give up because at the end of the day the only person who can do this for me is me.

L.A.Big5K - March 8 - 52:41 **same hills as last year, this was a weird one. Although it is the slowest race I've done since I started running, it's also the one where I've run for longer distances without walking. Go figure! I'm still processing my execution. Once I'm done processing, I'll delete this note and post a blog or vlog.

I am no longer looking into the future... I'm living the NOW!! Tomorrow's not a promise, but today is completely full of possibilities. I'm willing to work hard and put into this journey what I'm hoping to get out of it. I'm gonna work my butt off, eat healthy, work on my positive mentality, and do my best to achieve great results.     Having PCOS might make it a hell of a lot harder to louse the weight but it can be dun - you just have to stick to it no matter what

    same with getting preggers it might take a while to get there - but its possible for may who have PCOS to carry to term, so go for it!

    Nice to meet you. It was hard to lose the weight. However, I choose not to be this way any more. My motivation is myself. I want to make myself feel better and better health. It was a long journey of unwanted pounds; however, I decided I didn't want to go in to a store and not find an outfit that I needed to wear for a special occasion because didn't carry my size, which were 23 the most. And now I’m wear size 8 and some 6's.

    You can do it. The most aid I had received is from up above the Most High.... HE helps me through the sadness and now the happiness.

    My advice to you is to eat lots of fruit and veggies as possible and the trick is to eat ever 3 hrs. During the day.

    My daily activities:

    Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays.
    I start my day at 6:30am.
    6:45am-treadmill (walking at you comfort pace) 30-40min.
    8:00am-1/2 hr after exercise –breakfast (egg white is very good 4 large)
    11:00am-snacks (such as fruit and yogurt*fat free or low-fat)
    2:00 lunch-(I love subway sandwich) 6in not foot long (add lot of veggies)
    5:00 snacks
    8:00 dinner-very light. Tried to stay away from carbs.
    after 9 o’clock if need to eat—grab a fruit.
    Tuesdays, Thursday s and Saturday s
    I work out at the gym instead of home treadmills
    cardio for 40 min on eclipse best equipment
    and bike 10 min
    and weight lift for 15min all body part.

    Hope that will help you. Please don’t over do it. Start at you own pace. Keep in touch.

    P.S. on Monday, may 8,2006 I bad on track with my diet to lose the last 20 pounds. I now weight 157 and goal at 135-140between.
