I'm Going to Do It


I have been a member of Spark people since 1-24-09. Last year had many setbacks due to lots of stress, and many health problems that I let get in the way of my health and fitness, I put other people first, neglecting myself, and I dearly paid the price for that. I have my priorities straight now and am ready to reach my goals.

Last year had many setbacks due to lots of stress, and many health problems that I let get in the way of my health and fitness, I put other people first, neglecting myself, and I dearly paid the price for that. I have my priorities straight now and am ready to reach my goals.

Fitness Minutes: 3,540

My Goals:
I am going to lose weight, get healthy and look great.

My Program:
 I am working out on my Wii Fit at least 15 minutes a day, various exercises. I do strength training 3-4 days a week, and walk 30 minutes a day. I will use my Spark charts for food and exercise. I eat lots of veggies, limit red meat, and drink 100 oz.of water every day.

    Hi Lu. Thanks for responding. It might comfort you to know that Liz now has WHAT GETS YOUR GOAT again. I quit the team but rejoined at Liz's urging.
    I was totally blind sighted by Goat Girls' action. I guess she doesn't like me being open about my relation with Sabrina. I just don't know. She never told me anything, although she had contacted me both with Spark Mail and private email. Others have said her spark page does not exist.
    I changed my Spark Page to private. I have included you already as my friend.
    Lu, my head is reeling. Who should I trust? The most judgmental and hurtful people are Christians. I won't deny my Lord or my Sweetie.
