I'm here to feel better, make changes that'll stick and get healthy.
My Program:
Track food.
Drink atleast 64 oz of water a day.
Eat lean protein with lots of vegetables and fruit.
Track my activity with my Fitbit
Stay determined and on track on the weekends.
