    You are on guy 3 awesome!!! I haven't been on here in ages. I have kind of been slacking off. Still exercising regularly but not as rigoroulsy as before and I have not been watching what I am eating. Before I get back up to my start weight I decided I should get back on the wagon and do something. I am glad to see you are making steady progess. TACKLE the next one LOL

    Hi, I enjoyed reading your spark page and all the wonderful color. I love color! Anyway, as can be expected we're kindred spirits so to speak. I need to know the Why as well as do the How.

    My best friend and I knew this whole weight thing was more than just goarging ourselved because we didn't think we did. We're Christians and prayed several years ago about knowing more about the Why and this is what the Lord bought us.

    I went to this Doctor having no idea he could in simple languarge give me such a large key. There have been many more keys since them in answer to my prayers although I've only lost 20 lbs I've kept those 20 off and fully believe I can do more.
    Hope this helps. I don't know if you need to hear this but I did. You are worthy of love just as you are. There isn't one thing you need to change about yourself that will make you any more worthy of love that you are right now.
    Here's my plan right now if it helps you. I know I have to eat breakfast. I may not be hungry but I have to get my body out of starvation mode and eating breakfast is the start of that. When you read the site you'll understand why. So that's step one.
    I know I need to eat lunch whether I want to or not in about 3-4 hours after breakfast then dinner 3-4 hours after that.
    So making a list of what I like and then some very simple menus from that list is my goal right now. But breakfast menus come first. Sparkpeople will give you some ideas and if you read the food postings of weight loss winners, you'll get more.
    I developed a check list for my day based on the hungerhormones site if you want me to send it to you.
    I had a realization the other day. At first I said to myself I trade my health for being fat.I choose being fat. That's not true. The truth is I enjoy the pleasure and drug like numbing of food, especially sugary fatty food. So I need to find other pleasures and may need to find teas that calm my anxiety.
    Hope this helps. I've battled this for more years than you've been alive, possibly. I will not give up. Don't give up, ever. There are people who say accept yourself for what you are. And I agree. But as you age, you will look back and say why didn't I do more when I could walk, when I wasn't diabetic, when I had a chance at my dreams. Don't give up it doesn't get easier.
