Workaholic and making life fun again.


I'm 42yrs old and a father of 2. Married to my wonderfull wife for 20 yrs now. I am constantly working and having a hard time to ballance family life with work. There just isnt enough hrs or energy in a day. Used to lift 6 days a week untill my joints starting getting damaged. I would like to get back down to 275lbs that is when i looked and felt the best.
