My actual goal is to be between a size 8 and 12, but if/when I get there I don't want to ever get complacent, so I've charted goals beyond that through the entire 'healthy' BMI range for my height. :)

My Program:
For the time being, I am focusing on a healthy diet more than anything. I would describe my diet as 80/20 paleo, but this wasn't by design. I eliminated gluten, wheat, soy, corn, HFCS, dairy milk, GMO foods, artificial sweeteners, refined sugar, fake foods and over processed foods, and it just so happened to match up with that 'label'. I choose organic foods whenever possible, and grass fed, uncured meats, free range eggs, etc. I also choose low GI foods whenever possible.

Personal Information:
Let's see, what is there to say??? Well, I was born and bred in Wilmington, NC, and I live here with my husband and our little boy. They film a lot of television and films here (most recently Revolution, Iron Man 3, and soon Under the Dome) in Wilmywood aka Hollywood East, so we tend to have some pretty awesome people around. Oh, and I'm a UNCW alum. Go Seahawks! Aside from work and family I don't have time for much else.

Other Information:
I'm kind of a 'TV fangirl,' although not a rabid one lol. Here is a list of the shows I am currently following: NCIS, NCIS:LA, Haven, Grimm, Fringe, White Collar, The Big Bang Theory, Warehouse 13, Revolution, Castle, The Walking Dead, The Mentalist, Dexter, Homeland, Glee, New Girl, Criminal Minds, Elementary, Perception, Leverage, Rizzoli & Isles, CSI: NY ... and I probably forgot some others lol.

    Are you interested in a Challenge?

    The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Spring challenge will be getting started the beginning of March. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meet your needs. Often we do the challenge in a game form, we have BINGO and TIC TAC TOE or seasonally themed. For Winter we had Help Santa Fill His Sleigh, Run Rudolf Run and Super Bowl.
