Life is Good


How did I get to be 70? Life flies by when you’re having fun. I’m still in love with my husband of 47 years. My kids are grown and still single. They are good people and they support themselves. What else could I ask for? I have a passion for politics and religion. I do lots of volunteer work just because it’s fun.

My Goals:
My goal is to get back to a healthy weight again. I did it before. I can do it again!

My Program:
 My sister introduced me to Spark People. Tracking my food and exercise is essemtial, but so is the support I get from other Sparkers!

I live in Virginia and am retired from the Internal Revenue Service.

Other Information:
 I love poetry. I don't write it, but I collect it and I love to share my favorite poems.
