To reach a healthy weight.
To maintain mobility despite arthritis.
To gain strength and endurance.
To develop healthy eating habits.
To lower my cholesterol count.
To get off meds for high blood pressure.
To exercise consistently.
To decrease my risk of developing diabetes or having a cancer recurrence.
To stick with a healthy lifestyle this time.
My Program:
Keep food journal; aim for 1300-1500 calories per day.
Increase fruits and veggies.
Do at least 30 minutes of cardio 4 x/week or more.
Do strength training (20 minutes) at least 3 x weekly.
Personal Information:
South Central PA.
Other Information:
Retired as of August 7, 2015!
Writing a historical novel.
Avid reader.
Cat lover and rescue volunteer.
