I'm a late 20's lady who ALWAYS struggled with my weight. Through childhood and adolescent obesity, to a starvation diet in my early 20's that resulted in a 65 pound weight lose, I've never had a healthy relationship with food or excercise. Now that I'm finished school, secure in my career and getting married next year, I feel that it's time to get my health, fitness, nutrition and body image under control! I've gained back a fair amount of the weight I lost in my early 20's, and even though I wasn't living a healthy lifestyle when I was at my lightest weight, I still yearn for that body back. My new goal is centered around self-love, being fit and healthy. So... here we go!

Fitness Minutes: 3,781

My Goals:
Goals are to be healthy and happy, even though that is easier said than done. I'm getting married next year and I would like to feel confident and sexy on my wedding day.

My Program:
I joined a local gym and I've been tracking my food intake with the nutrition tracker. I've done weight watchers a few times before, and I find that tracking my meals really helps keep me on the straight and narrow.

Personal Information:
Moved to Cape Breton a year ago after I graduated school. I managed to pack on about 15 pounds while at school, and another 15 since starting work. Not Good! I've had a few failed attempts at dieting in the past year, always falling off the wagon (hard) and then giving up entirely. Well, not anymore!

Other Information:
I've decided to make some rewards for myself for reaching my goals...

The first one is a little bit of a cheater goal.. I already know that It's coming regardless :P

150 pounds- NEW PUPPY!!! We pick him up on August 20th, to I have to work hard to meet this one!

142- New Haircut. I've had a pixie style cut for the last few years, and my fiance asked me to grow it out for a change. Well I haven't it cut in about 6 months, so it's starting to need a new style.

137- FINAL GOAL!! My bridesmaids are taking me out for a girls night!!! Not that their are a lot of swinging spots in Cape Breton, but it will be fun to let loose a little :D

3 months maintaining my weight... Wedding dress shopping! I wont let myself try on any dresses until I have been maintaining my goal weight.. I think thats a pretty strong motivator
