2020: Year of the WINNER
Almost 56 year old grandma, living in the remote desert of Death Valley National Park, in California.

“If it was about knowledge, we would all be skinny and rich. It’s not about what you know but what you do!

I want to prove to myself that I can do it...once and for all

My Program:
also learning to drastically reduce salt & sugar intake
Drink more water
Need to start a "real food" diet...only real, fresh, unprocessed food allowed.

Born & raised in NH, but as an adult I've also lived in~UT,AZ,CA,TN,KY, FL, AK, GA, and in June 2018, I returned to CA.
