Hey hey! I know the feeling of needing to "just do it." I've been super slacking with working out and stuff since Florida. I've been doing it, but just half-heartedly. Running will totally get you going though! I haven't been able to get into it, but we got a stationary bike w/ our tax refund a couple years ago, and even though it took me a year to use it regularly, it is really the main reason I've lost so much. You can do it!!
Have you started your nursing job yet, or later in the month? Good luck with that! And yeah, I think I friended you on fb...hopefully it's you lol! I'm on twitter but I never use it...i just don't get it!! It makes me feel so OLD because it took me forever to get what the # meant and @ meant, and RT (retweet).....and I still don't quite get it. We're getting old, man. Ooooold. lol.
Hope you're having a good Monday! Sometimes it just takes a bit of time to get back into things - if you have time, track a bit of food and throw in a workout here and there (I'm loving the Biggest Loser workouts on Comcast OnDemand, and recently got two of their DVDs from the library - kick BUTT!), and slowly you might feel like you're getting back into it. You can do it!
Just don't think about that Thanksgiving dinner...LOL. 4133 days ago

Girl - I can honestly say that running and riding a bike are the fastest ways I've ever noticed a difference in my thighs. I would imagine rollerblading would work too. Hope you're well! 4152 days ago

That's so exciting about your nursing job!! You must be so relieved to be "moving on" to bigger and better things. Congrats! I'm not really on AIM anymore, just primarily on twitter (mrsburnett, and awomansconcern - i tweet for the pregnancy center where I work lol) and facebook (idk if I'm searchable, I think I can change that?), though. Are you on either of those? All these social networking things! lol.
Disney was great. Somehow..SOMEHOW..I didn't gain more than a pound while I was there. Granted, I've hovered around the same weight since 8/18, but still, with all that food, i'm surprised! I'll have to upload pictures - i wish spark did albums like facebook does, it'd be so much easier. We did have a great time, but I'm glad to be home, too. I'll have to tell you more about that, but I'm at work so I should probably stop here for now! hehe. :) talk soon! 4166 days ago

Thanks!! I feel like I'd been on the loooongest plateau, but I think I busted through it a couple weeks ago. I'm finally averaging about 2 lbs a week, which I hadn't been before. I'm hoping for like 20-25 more lbs before Disney! Sept IS the cheapest time to go, get some friends together and make it a girls trip! lol.
I totally agree about sharing stuff like that, because you don't get far without encouragement!!!
