Introduction Text Thanks for stopping by my page! My name is Kim! I'm just taking it day by day and trying not to sweat the small stuff.I am an emotional eater...Happy,sad,mad....it doesn't matter..I eat. I love being outdoors and working in my yard and garden.I have 2 dogs,2 cows,1 goat and some chickens.Happily married to my husband of almost 30 years. I am a Christian and do my best to live every day so that people see Him in me.I enjoy making new friends and supporting others when I can. Have a blessed day!

My Winter 5% challenge commitment. I will stay in my calorie range and make healthier choices this time around. I will eat more vegetables and less junk food I will drink a minimum of 64oz. water daily I will walk,walk,walk I will support my team to the best of my ability I will lose 5% of my body weight by the conclusion of the challenge I will be a team player

Everything in moderation while staying in my calorie range. Stay hydrated with lot's of water. Get at least an hour of exercise daily if the weather permits. WW worked for me in the past,so my plan is to try it again on my own at home. Understanding this is a life long commitment and enjoying it!
