Introduction Text I became a member of Sparks People July of 2006. I was looking to lose the 40 lbs I had gained from quitting smoking and then being in a car accident. After seeing the picture of myself shown at left that July, I vowed that it needed to change. And thanks to the wonderful support of family members and everyone here at Sparks I had lost the 40 lbs. However, like many, I lost my way for awhile and the weight has come back. It's time to get back on track...and stay there :)

My goal is to get back to a healthier me and stay there.



I always struggle with these things! Haha :) Well, my name is Buffy :) I work in the fashion industry as a Stylist with Premier Designs jewelry and have been doing that for over 10 years now. I do this business alongside my husband of 18 years. We have two beautiful daughters who we wish to teach good eating habits, discipline, the joys of being active, etc. We've been here before and accomplished some amazing things...we are back to do it again, and to keep up with it this time!
