My Reluctant SparkPage


Almost eight years after having my second child- I am still trying to lose the baby fat! Seriously folks... I have struggled with my weight since I was a child. I was the fat kid in school who was picked on because of my weight. It crushed my self esteem and I am still trying to reclaim it at the age of 33.

Almost eight years after having my second child- I am still trying to lose the baby fat! Seriously folks... I have struggled with my weight since I was a child. I was the fat kid in school who was picked on because of my weight. It crushed my self esteem and I am still trying to reclaim it at the age of 33.

I have tried many different diets and changes and here I still am- overweight and unhappy with myself and sick and tired of the nonsense. I was able to lose 60 pounds in my early 20's through swimming but after 2 kids and a desk job I have gradually put all of that weight back on. I am here to lose it again. I can do it. I will do it.

I would like to lose about 50-60 pounds or whatever it takes to get back into my pre baby shape of 6/8.

 Eating less, exercising more. Sounds simple doesn't it?
