Introduction Text This if my first time on any diet web site, I will be learning as I go. I am a 50 some grandmother (my treasures have a picture on my page) and want to lose for two reasons. We are going on a family vacation in Feb. 09 with all our kids on the Disney Cruise and I want to feel and look better. I have also been recently diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis and they are looking at lung transplant later down the line and they will require I lose weight in order to do it, so this is very important to me that I keep at it. I need allthe encouragement available!
