Happy go lucky likes to stay busy enjoys reading.
I'm happily married and have been for 23 years. I have 2 wonderful children ages 19 and 22. I would like to loose weight so that I can get healthier and feel better about myself.

My Goals:
I would like to loose 30 pounds so that I can live and be healthier. Get in better shape.

 Logging in my food daily. Riding my bike and will be getting into lifting some weights.

I've been married for 23 years and have 2 beautiful children. I like to read and watch movies. I also enjoy planting flowers. I live in Ocean Springs Mississippi.

    and you can sit and think"this aint fair at all"
    but rise up to the challenge and dig down deep
    and the victory of success you shall reap

    brush yourself off today is a new day
    all of us have at one time lost our way
    but the tunnel really isnt all that dark

    today is a new opportunity to gain health
    living freely ,not in bondage is our true wealth
    be good to yourself and choose be your own friend
    and a lifetime of sweet victories shall ne'er end

    My dearest sparkers,
    everyday look in the mirror and say something kind to yourself, about yourself. treat yourself as you would a dear friend. we are fearfully and wonderfully made. we are not perfect but we arent expected to be. we are all children of God and with God on our side, no foe is unbeatable.

    today is the day we will find victory. make even just one small choice to be kind to youself, to nourish your body with love and respect.

    sometimes its hard to find the sun through the rain
    i grew so weary of waking up each day in pain
    i didnt have the energy to reach out and be a friend
    but today i woke up and all that came to end

    so im back and renewed fight the war
    not letting defeat in my vocabulary no more
    my fellow sparkers lets not give in
    the gloves are off, victory we shall win!

    my dearest sparkers,
    ive missed you all. thank you so much for kind words of encouragement and goodies and love! this was a really tough few days but something inside of me just got tired of giving up and not \fighting back. so im here, im back and im ready to do battle!
