My goal is to wear a size 12 again, and exercise enough that i can still eat something.

My Program:
 I'm thinking about it more than I'm doing. I've got to put my eat less, exercise more plan into action

    I dont think i did real bad today. I did not know the dressing was so bad until it was too late. I actually ate 2 cheesburgers, but I discarded all of the bread except for 1/4 per burger.

    Starting all over again. I've gained wt since I was here last. But I'm tring again. Today I've done good, but I'm hungry and it is 2 hours until bedtime. I can do it.
