1. Lose 24 lbs
2. Run a half marathon
3. Climb a mountain with my husband


My Program:
 M, W, F: 45 minutes of cardio, 1 hour of strength training
T, Th, S: 1-1 1/2 hr cardio (running/elliptical)


Tracking all foods eaten with an emphasis on fresh and whole foods.
