I might be the blond. Only my hair dresser knows for sure.
I thought the Biggest Loser works out about 12 hours a day doing things I don't think I could have done when I was 20 let alone as i got older.
Maybe I am wrong. I quit watching it a couple years ago because I didn't think I could gain from it.
What is your take on it? Can you do the kind of exercise.?
I know that sometimes the interaction between the losers and the coaches are really interesting.

Thank you for the blog comment!

Right now I'm doing some minor strenght training via a pilates/yoga video at home.

In the next few weeks I will be starting a personal trainer program through the YMCA which will help me learn how to properly use the machines. I have scoliosis, so my posture and alignment are naturally wrong, I need the extra help to discover where I should be.

:) Thank you for the comment again :)

You know, the more I go to the gym, the better I feel about it and the more motivated I get. I just started my voyage for real-for real 9/29 so its hard to say at this time if I will or won't still have the surgery but either way, at least I know that I still made a life changing choice to keep working out. One of my worries once I have the surgery was am I gonna be flabby when I lose the weight. My physician ensures me that as long as I keep doin what I'm doin and makin my way to the gym, I won't have that problem. I have, however been seein a change in my shape and can tell a difference from my hard work. Its a slow progress but the more defined I get, the more encouraged I become to keep goin. I have stopped letting how much I weigh get me down because I can see my results.

    Hey girl,
You wrote that you sit on a ball at work for exercise. Does any body laugh at you? I'm afraid of at my work, everybody would laugh. I assume this was a big ball to get you up to the desk level right? How big?
God bless and I'm praying all my sp friends meet thier goals. emoticon
By the way, you sound like you are really motivated. I have been losing for over a year about a pound a month. That is sooo slow! Good luck.
