My Goals:
To maintain my weight at or under under 123 - adding muscle and reducing fat.
I need to re-focus on my daily routine, get my 20-30 min of cardio and get back to consistent strength-training.
Sustaining a healthy lifestyle is the real goal.
My Program:
5% Challenge:
-Re-focus on the daily routine - put discipline back in the process!
-Track daily
-Continue eating very healthy (and juicing!).
-Yoga and/or cycle 3-5x weekly, and mix it up often.
-Add consistent weight-training 2-3x per week.
-Continue Working on a very balanced, healthy lifestyle, with lots of self-love!

My ultimate goal is approximately 123 (or less) and to stay there! To be honest, as I add weight-training, I have no idea what the scale should say!! I'd like to stop caring about what the scale says and just focus on health, energy levels, % body fat, and how my clothes fit.
These Challenges have helped me reach my goals in the past - love them! Will keep workin' on it for a better, healthier future!
