Welcome to Amber's Sparkpage!
So I haven't been on this site for a while. In March of '07 me and my husband moved out of my parents house into our own apartment. Since then I just stopped watching what I was eating and stopped exercising. So over the last year I gained 40 pounds of the 70 pounds I lost. But I'm not letting that keep me down. I'm stopping myself before I gain all 70 pounds back!
I'm going to do what I did before, watch what I eat very carefully, count my calories, and of course do my cardio, 5 ...

I'm going to do what I did before, watch what I eat very carefully, count my calories, and of course do my cardio, 5 days a week. I'll eventually get into strenth training again, but it's like this is new for me all over again, so I'm taking things slow!

Lose the 30 pounds I gained back, and then lose an extra 20! To be 150 lbs.
My Program:
Cardio 5 x a week.
eventually get back into strenth training AND cardio.
Count calories.. 1200 a day.
drink lots lots lots of water!
