I have over 100 lbs to lose so I'm splitting this into separate goals.
My first goal is to lose 42 pounds by the end of Summer 2015.
My second goal is to have lost 100 pounds in total by Canada Day 2016
I joined Sparkpeople to track all of my food and vitamins and most of my exercise.

My Goals:
MAIN GOAL is to be a very healthy vegan with a seriously hot body, final goal weight of between 147 and 154 pounds.
I want a fast initial weight loss of between 15 and 20 pounds per month for the first three months and then drop down to a steady 2 pounds per week weight loss combined with weight training and beach body workouts until all that fat has gone.

My Program:
For the initial 10 weeks. Juicing 80/20 with additional spirulina protein smoothies after exercise plus three snacks per day to provide 'roughage'.
For the first 10 weeks exercise, walking for a minimum of 2 hours per day with a friend on weekdays. I have a gym membership and will be doing weights and 'Beachbody' exercise videos at home.
To prevent saggy skin as much as possible I'll be doing a lot of strength training, drinking lots of water, taking a bunch of elastin and collagen boosting supplements including high dose vitamin C, getting my healthy fats and using hydrotherapy, skin brushing and massage.

Personal Information:
I'm British but married a Canadian and will be living in Canada full time when my visa is finalised this summer. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats living at home.
I also have 2 step teenagers (who live with their mother).
