Im not whinning anymore, Im winning! I've dicided to make good decisions. I have decided to be accountable and stay connected to a support group that will be a motivation for when I feel weak and make choices that are not in beneficial to my healing journey over food, abuse and tragedy, and for whom I also can be a motivation. Staying in this train of thought, I know I will win this battle!
I will daily take back the power stolen from me and that I have given away and gain the control, confidence and esteem I know God wants me to have in Him.....He has been my biggest support and I will continue to lean on Him for all I need to complete this journey to healling freedom!
