Gettin' fit with Jesus


It has been almost 4 years since my baby #8 was born. I think I can't claim "baby weight" anymore! I need desperately to get back into shape for a lot of reasons. I want to enjoy my life with all of my kids, not just sit by the sidelines wishing.
I would appreciate prayer from anyone who reads this. (Contact me and I will pray for you, too.)

Fitness Minutes: 75

My Goals:
I have been in a habit of starting with my program and within a short time(3-5 days), falling off the wagon. I want to stay strong to my plan for a month and see the results!!

My Program:
 I am trying to stay on the low-carb, high protein diet, as I have found that is the only thing that is effective for me! I enjoy it, just need to practice the self-control!

 Is this what you want your life to be? Every choice we make has an effect on the rest of our lives. Make each choice to better our lives, not tear it down. In Corinthians it tells us God blesses those who bless their bodies(the temple of the Lord). Lets do good to our bodies and see God's blessings!!!!

Make it your goal to learn new healthier habits every day and every week and to teach your kids how to eat well too.

    You know how kids just seem to grow up so fast, even though day to day it's a whole lot of work - sometimes fun work, sometimes drudgery? That's how weight loss and regaining health is. It seems like a long time, but before you know it you'll be at your goal and tell others how to get there!
