90 lbs to go before my wedding!


April 2018: 3 years of college added 50 pounds! Now that I have a job, and have improved my mobility through physical therapy, exercise is just a decision away and my goal to lose 90 lbs is just exercise and eating right!
April 2018: 3 years of college added 50 pounds! Now that I have a job, and have improved my mobility through physical therapy, exercise is just a decision away and my goal to lose 90 lbs is just exercise and eating right!

My Goals:
current goal: 200 lbs. Rate of loss: 1.66 lbs a week. Ideal date: June 1st, 2018. Event: new job title. Reward: new computer monitor.

My Program:
 Count calories, walk every day, do body weight strength exercises every 3 days, Couch to 5k at my pace, rock climbing, PT exercises as my therapist instructs.
