My goals are to slim down, and improve my self- confidence which is low when we carry around the extra baggage. To go shopping again in the petit department :-)

I have attended weight watchers since last June 12, 2008. I stared the program at a weight of 216#. We walk at the mall 2.25 miles, 5 days a week when the weather permits.

We retired to Indiana after living in Southern Calif for 25 years. It definitely is a slower pace in Indy, but fast enough for me. We have one son, DIL and 2 Grand-girls.

I enjoy playing on the computer, enjoy my mini Schnauzer fur baby and, and recently added a Bichon Frisse to our household. I have enjoyed doing web sites in the past. Also love good music, and have played keyboard and organ for many years.
