Berrywrap's Challenge


I am back SP friends! Rough road I have had over the past year, but I am back and ready to get on track and stay there. This time it seems that something has snapped in my head. I actually think these changes are going to stick. I think I have reached that point where enough is enough. I can't really explain it, but it feels different. Please support me in my endeavor as I need the accountability.

My Goals:
Well of course one of my goals is to lose weight, but I also want to:

* Lower Blood Pressure
* Reduce the risk of Diabetes
* Fit into my old clothes
* Have more energy
* Just feel good about me!

My Program:
 My new program has started with a reduction in calorie intake and an increase in movement.


Personal Information:
Married (15yrs) with children.

Other Information:
 I love reading, watching movies and dancing. I am very energetic and want to live my best life.
