Introduction Text Hi everyone, All I can say is I'm really happy I found this website. This is my first day here and I can sense this is just what I've been looking for. The past half and a half year has been really tough for me. I used to weigh 48 kilos and now I'm around 55. I don't think I'm overweight, but I can surely say I miss the body I used to have... especially, because the weight I've gained was due to a case of depression I'm trying my hardest to overcome. In my late teens (I am turning 29 next month) I'd weigh way more and that sank me into depression. Then, in 2003 I began taking acting lessons (I love art in any form!), fell in love and regained my love for life. I got rid of depression and my life completely changed. However, last year, my father got sick (he's OK now, thank God!), broke up with the only guy I've actually loved, and had to face some other very disappointing issues that have definitely left me drained. So, October 2008 finds me with extra pounds and a new depression I am trying to shake off. However, I am more than willing to make my best effort to find a way out. In fact, becoming a member of SP is a really great sign that I'm slowly stepping away from depression and focusing my energy on something positive. May this be the beginning of a new, happy stage in my life. Best wishes to all of you! :)

I am tracking my food intake. I'm having more than 8 glasses of water daily. I am struggling to work out :P About to do cardio X3 a week/stregth training X3 a week + crunches & squats X6 a week... Feel free to check out my fitness tracker to see if I'm accomplishing my fitness challenges! :) I'm learning as much as I can about healthy lifestyle and trying to put it into practice. I'm also taking things easy because I don't want to fail. NEXT WEIGH-IN DATE: Nov. 7, 2008. So, stay tuned! :P
