Time to update!!!!
As before I'm 26 years old and my name is Liz. I have a beautiful 2 year old son and a loving husband. I looked in the mirror the other day and realized I've lost a few inches and it totally stoked me...the best part, I'm doing it in a HEALTHY way, not by starving or overdosing on laxatives to achieve a healthy weight/figure.
I am now walking every morning. I have Bipolar so excersize is important in giving me a mood booster. I love my daily walks, which I hope to turn into my daily jog. I am currently doing 1 mile in 15 minutes, today I did it in around 10 minutes because I jogged a little of it. I also have a belly dancing video that I am going to start doing today for 45 minutes every day. I am also logging my food/calorie intake with the log on here, it's a major eye opener!!!!
So there we go!!! That's me in a nutshell!

My goals are:
~Get back to my college weight (or close to it)
~Be able to look in the mirror and not feel ashamed.
~Be able to take a photograph of myself and not just have a face shot.

My Program:
I am going to eat healthier and try to get some more excersize.
Drink more water.

I am such a cat person. I love cats.
I also love children. I adore my son, he's the sunshine in my eyes, no matter how many times he draws on the walls :)

    Hey, I know how you feel - I used to be a great weight, but then I got my first job at a Chinese takeout place and things went downhill from there! I completely understand how hard things can be at first, and I would love to keep in touch if you are interested in making friends here in SparkPeople.

If you drink at least 8 cups of water, stay within your calories, stay active, and get involved with your teams, you will succeed. Also, I'm a leader of a few teams, hope join the teams.
