Yes, I have started them in the morning. I made myself a daily schedule and have gotten up at 5 a.m. to work out, then shower, then clean house, then work, and that way I get to bed and asleep by 9 or a little after so I get my 7 to 8 hours of sleep. I feel amazing!!!! It is the greatest idea ever for me and my habits. Definitely helps...Thank you so much!!! I haven't missed a single workout, I have more energy during the day, and I am getting so much more accomplished in a day!!! :) 3624 days ago
