We can do this! I weighed myself and I am back to 140lbs! Now to lose 10 more...Yes I thought about it when I went to bed last night, I need to lift more weights and do resistance workouts. Thanks for noticing my mini-biceps on my picture!! I've been trying to work harder on building muscle/strength recently. They are slowly growing. Now I can carry more groceries into the house at one time. Goofy goals. :) 3113 days ago
