Introduction Text I am Susan. I am a child of God and Jesus is my Lord and Savior. I have lived a long life of issues with food. But God is renewing my mind, and more and more Jesus is the Bread of Life to me. His grace supplies for all my need in every way. Below are some of my favorite words obtained during my journey here on Sparkpeople: Transformed by the renewing of my mind...(Romans 12:2) This is not a diet. This is ALL about being in the school room with Jesus and about RELATIONSHIP with Him, our journey together. "Pray, pray, pray and pray some more is the best thing we can do and then once we pray we will be led to do something." ~BOBBIENORTHERN The gospel of Jesus is grace which supplies us with everything that we need to walk in love, forgiveness and faith. Jesus is the author and the finisher of our faith and everything in between is Him as well.

~To reach my ideal weight of 156 lbs. ~To read through the entire Bible by December 30, 2013. ~To accomplish a century ride (bicycle) this year.

1. Renewing my mind with the Word. 2. Finding God's grace in my communion with Him. 3. Drinking 10 c. water daily. 4. Cutting out all sugar and starches. 5. Eating high protein, good fats, and lower slow-burn carb diet. 6. Enjoying green tea daily. 7. Fulfilling my weekly minutes of exercise. 8. Encouraging and bringing hope to others along the way!
