My Goals:
I want to stay healthy and fit for the rest of my life. I want weight loss that is permanent. I want to feel good about how I look, and be able to accomplish all kinds of physical activities.
My Program:
I use the Biggest Loser food plan.
I track my calories at SP. I work out around 5 days a week. For cardio, I do workout classes (mainly kickboxing, step, & sculpt), or use workout tapes (love turbo jam!), or go contra dancing.
Personal Information:
I'm from a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia, y'all, but am originally from New York. I've been in a committed relationship since 2000 and we got married in 2017 on our 17th anniversary! Thanks to the universe for marriage equality!
