Monday: Cardio, Upper Body Strength Training

Tuesday: Cardio, Lower Body Strength Training

Wednesday: HIIT Cardio, Abs

Thursday: Cardio, Back/Chest Strength Training

Friday: Cardio, Legs/Quads/Hams/Calves Strength Training

Saturday: Cardio, Shoulders/Arms Strength Training, Abs

Sunday: Abs

I teach band and choir as well as general music for grades K-7. People see my back side more often than I do!!

    Thank you so much for the goodie I worked really hard so I am proud of my accomplishment.

    I worked out alot there was a challenge that you had to put in 90 minutes of planned exercise max for Fri - Mon and one of the days you can have unlimited amount of exercise. So I did that and just in those 4 days I burned 2,829 calories plus the other 3 days plus I did heavy cleaning in my house all weekend (including moving out the fridge and stove and washing the floor underneath them and the walls. Plus I ate in my calorie range of 1,200 - 1,550 majority of the days. I won't be doing it again this week though I am tired and need to go back to normal routine.

    I made a mistake on my ITC for last week it should have been a yes not a no I was thinking it was the Fruits and Vegetables one and I had missed a day not Cardio
