Monday: Cardio, Upper Body Strength Training

Tuesday: Cardio, Lower Body Strength Training

Wednesday: HIIT Cardio, Abs

Thursday: Cardio, Back/Chest Strength Training

Friday: Cardio, Legs/Quads/Hams/Calves Strength Training

Saturday: Cardio, Shoulders/Arms Strength Training, Abs

Sunday: Abs

    It looks like Ruben answered your question. I was also going to ask what your levels of protein/fat/carbs was. Because a calories is not a calorie is not a calorie- the KINDS of calories you eat really do matter.

    Ruben can get to the bottom of what is going on with you faster than anyone else I know Do as he asks and you'll be in good hands!

    Also, we women don't put on muscle very quickly. You will probably see subtle curves to your body and improved lines long before you see actually moundy looking muscle. Seeing the really defined muscle can take several more months. And once you get your macros figured out, you will see it even sooner!

    Hey girl would love to offer you some suggestions and advice but its tough to when I cant see what those 1800 calories are and when. Anyone who has listened to me learns real fast that I base all meal plans on macro nutrients and not cals. You really need to monitor your macro nutrients rather than calories, especially if you are strength training that hard. If you start logging your foods I could show you exactly what I mean with your own choices.
