My Goals:
- Have less/no knee pain when walking up the stairs
- Being able to walk around in heels all day without the balls of my feet crying by noon
- Enjoying walking around NYC without being exhausted a short walk in
- Losing enough weight to look in the mirror and have it reflect how I see myself
- Getting limber enough to grab my ankle for a hamstring stretch
- Swimming 400m consecutively so I can join Masters Swimming!
