It's a Shame for a woman... to grow old with out ever seeing the Strength and Beauty... of which her body is capable of...

A Single Thread of Hope is Still Very POWERFUL....

My last thought before I start working out is...
"Why am I doing this"....

My first thought when I finish a workout....
"When can I do it again"...

I thought about stopping...
Then I workout harder...

Remind yourself that no one is Built like you... You are the one that can Design yourself... For some of us... Cardio, Strength Training or a Sport is one of the Best Things that happened to us... We have discovered something that we are proud to be part of... It's one of the Best Feelings in the world... to keep us going and improving on... You are Stronger than you Think... I choose to make the rest of my life... the best of my life... *I Believe in myself... that I can Do Anything*

Think of the reason why you held on for so long.... oxox

Strategy can be Beautiful... but you should occasionally look at the results.... oxox

It's not about what happens to you in life. It's about what you do about it... oxox

Always try to leave the last bite... *Growls*

I want to be the person I always saw myself being when I was younger.... oxox

Feel a Little Good... awhile eating something you shouldn't...
Feel A lot Bad Later... with eating something you shouldn't...

Feel a Little Bad... before or during work out...
Feel a lot Good Later... After working out...

Learn to recognize when you are no longer hungry and stop eating, and modified your favorite recipes to healthier versions... oxox

Why not focus on what your doing right instead? If you take a step back, learn from it and take two steps forward...

If we Quit Every Time that we felt uncomfortable...
We wouldn't achieve anything...

It's not what you do once in a while... it's what you do day in and day out that makes the difference... oxox

My Goals:
I'm Ready to be a Swan... I have learned if I want to swim... I must first change and become Beautiful Once Again... *Smiles* oxox

#1. Being Active one... two... three times.. won't help you lose weight... It takes Months to see the Results... even years sweet-heart...

#2. 100 Calories Pack Snacks...

#3. Don't Weigh Often... Go by the way your clothes fit... or Tape Measure... Jeans will help a lot to tell....

#3. Diet Soda has artificial Sweeteners... that Harms the Body...
Even leads to Diabetes...

#4. I always say... that if your craving something... at a Restaurant... or at the store... It will be there next time you goo... You don't have to give in to cravings... It will be there 2 weeks or 4 months down the Road... and if it's not there... It's not a Big Lost...


#5. Prepacking Meals Ahead of Time... Cook Chicken Breasts ahead of time... for easy access later on during the week... or sort out healthy snacks to rem


My Program:
Begin- awhile others make excuses...

Workout- awhile others are wishing...

Persist- awhile others are quitting...

Allow yourself to be a Beginner... no one starts at excellent... oxox

It may be hard now... but it will get easier and worth it... the longer you keep at it... and be strong minded... oxox

Don't Give up just because you had a Bad Day... Forgive yourself and Do better tomorrow...
Go... Go... Go...

If your Tired of Starting over... Stop Giving Up...

I Don't count my sit-ups... I only start counting them when it starts hurting... Because those are the only ones that count...
