Introduction Text Hi

11/21/09 - Now that I've been doing Weight Watchers for 10 weeks I realize my first draft of goals was unrealistic. Here are my updated, attainable, goals: Half-Point Weight Loss Goal: To reach Onderland by 5/22/2010 Broken down into mini goals 1) Conquer Dr. Pepper addiction and lose 10 lbs by 10/17/09 10/17/09 - have the Dr Pepper under control - just missed my 10lb goal by .8 lbs - I'll get there next week! Achieved: Down 11 lbs 10/24/09! 2) down 20 lb 01/09/10 3) - 30 lbs 02/13/10 4) - 40 lbs 03/18/10 5) - 50 lbs 04/24/10 6) - 60 lbs 05/22/10 Re-assess - make goals for getting to optimum weight/health
