Hello! I'm Sarah, I'm 26years old and wanting to get on track with my weight loss. Been here on Spark a few times, but slowly I get off track. Now, definetly wanting to focus my extra energy to weight loss!

Fitness Minutes: 260

My Goals:
1) Be HEALTHY: feel good inside AND out.

2) Gain (MORE) Self-Confidence: I already have my "good days", now I want everyday to be a good one.

3) Exercise Daily: Even if it's just a walk around the neighborhood, do SOMETHING!

4) Feel like a Lady: I always feel so "Large and in Charge", I want to feel more feminine.

5) Journal/Blog/Tumblr about my Journey: If you'd like the link to my Tumblr, just ask (NSFW though, lol)


My Program:
As of today (March 12th 2012), I am going to focus on a week of logging foods, eating sensibly, and drinking lots and lots of water (and herbal teas). I also am going to try out some of the exercises recommended on Spark (Strength Training & Walking).



Personal Information:
I'm from Florida (Orlando to be exact). I'm 26 years old, and a ball of personality! I love to laugh, take photos, cook, listen to music, game (CIV 5!!!), and other things like that. I'm a bakery manager for a local grocery store by day, and a total dork by night! Also... I'm half-Japanese, never really put much emphasis on it as a kid, but now, I think it's a pretty cool feature about me.

    Added you as a friend emoticon I have really been trying to track my food consistently, but I do miss a meal or a day here and there. It takes awhile to enter everything, but once you have favorites set up, it's really not that hard to track. I broke through a really long plateau once I started tracking and saw that I really needed more protein and less carbs. It works! You will find a lot of support here on SP and if you are determined to reach your goal, you WILL do it! Have a wonderful day!

    I'm in the same boat...I've got just under 100 to lose. I remember being about that same weight. I was about a 10-12-14 (depending on the stores/brand) and I was perfectly happy and healthy. I'd honestly just like to see a number ONE in front of my weight again! Let me know if there's anything I can do to keep you motivated...It's just nice to know there's others out there in the same boat as me!

    Hi there :) Thank you and I hope you are doing well also, I am nearing the end of my first week and it has been rough, and I have mostly stayed under my calories but just barely. It is amazing how many calories are in things you never realized. Message me if you want any help or to discuss, or anything. I know it can be difficult, and I am trying a go at this alone since my friends never stick to diets or do crazy diets, so anybody that is on here to help me stay on track is a plus :) Have a good day!
