Hi everybody:
An update on my choice to follow the Code Red Lifestyle.
It has been working, somedays I do not loose anything, while others I see the scale jump down a couple of pounds.
If I gain any thing at all, and I mean anything, I check what I ate the day before, I check to see how much sugar, and carbs I ate, if those are fine then I know it must have been the hours of sleep, water or the time I ate. I have been really strict with myself. I have not allowed ...
I have not allowed myself to have any of the forbiden foods,(which is not really hard, bread, pasta, rice, sugar and wine) I know that once I reach my goal weight, I can have those foods once in a while.
I have lost 20.2 pounds in one month. Today is the day tha I measure myself so I am hoping to see a difference in my size as well. I am sure I will.
My goal is to take 46 pounds off and keep it off.
I like to do things with my grandchildren,
I like to be able to bend over to tie my shoes without discomfort.
I like to sit down on the couch and not be uncomfortable.
I like to run
I like to compete in events like Red Bull 400
I like to compete in our local mud run and want to one day compete in a Spartan.
I am always entering runs. This is why I will achieve my goal. Each of the likes listed above can be done so much easier if I didn't have so much waight on my.
Oh and one more think. I want my clothes to fit me the way they are ment to fit.

I just have to say I love your picture of you when you were younger. Every time I see it, it makes me smile. Reminds me of when I was younger. My brother had a seat like that too. Have a wonderful weekend.
