I'm a 40something married woman who loves her husband, her cats, and her job as a writer. A back injury might have slowed me down a little, but I'm still reaching for the stars--just more carefully than I used to.

EDIT: HAHA HIT IT! YAY! Blood pressure is perfect! Pain management is easier! :) :) :)

I began the journey 15 years ago at 225 pounds. I lost 75 pounds over a few years and then stayed around 150 for years. In February 2016, I realized I'd regained a few pounds and decided that not only was I going to lose that regained weight, but that maybe it was finally time to finish the job and lose enough to reach the midpoint of my height/weight range: 140, a weight I hadn't seen since college!

5/30/16: GOAL MET! 140 reached! Now aiming for 130 😍😎😘😇😻

Fitness Minutes: 125

My Goals:
Reach 140 pounds, figure out if my blood pressure has stabilized, and if not talk to doctor about other options.

Start yoga. I hear it's nice for people with my conditions and the doc approves.

Become Batman. Because who wouldn't like to be Batman?


My Program:
Tracking calories like a fiend.

Making more effort to move around more.
