My Goals:
To eliminate, or at least reduce, chronic pain and fatigue. To lose excess weight.
My Program:
I began eating vegan on 11-2-17.
8-2020 Still vegan and removed sweeteners and flour from diet. Chronic pain is reduced, off all meds and food cravings are gone.
Personal Information:
Dec 1, 2017: Reduced 4.6% body weight. Still eating vegan processed 'meat' substitutes and 'cheese' substitutes most days and several times have eaten vegan junk foods. Working on cleaning up this and need to begin an exercise routine and daily MBSR meditation for 2018.
Jan 9:, 2018 Steadily creating new habits. 8% weight loss.
March 21, 2018, Lost 10% body weight
August 2019 Bad injury--gained weight, eating vegetarian, plus my BP has risen to the level where I require meds now. Also, my blood sugar is getting up there and now firmly in prediabetic levels.
Aust 2020 lost 50 pounds, stopped eating sweeteners and flour. Off all meds; BP is normal. Weight loss is frustratingly slow again.
Other Information:
250 pounds January 2020. August 2020 193 pounds.
