Introduction Text I am a US Army wife, mother, Beach Body Coach. With the hectic lifestyle of being a military wife, I need to have time for myself and get back into shape for myself and my soldier. I have a BS in Exercise Physiology and a Minor in Nutrition. I have joined up with Beach Body as one of their coaches to get myself and others in shape, loose weight, get healthy and make a lifestyle change! To loose the 50 pounds!!

I am an Army wife, mother & Beach Body Coach from New Orleans, La. We are currently living overseas and loving all the traveling. I am a mother of 3 children under 13 years old, so my life is quite hectic, My husband is deployed/TDY a lot, so it is very hard for me to find "me" time.

Trying to loose 50lbs. I had a full hysterectomy 2 months ago, an not on HRTs and the weight is piling on. l. It did not take me long to gain them so why is it takening me so long to loose them!? LOL
