I'm searching for a healthier lifestyle! I'm over 40, and I have two sons that have more energy than I could have imagined! There's a history of Type II diabetes in the women in my family, so I've joined SparkPeople to help me adopt a healthier, more active lifestyle and stick to it, despite the fact that I am at a desk too many hours a day.

My Goals:
To be able to walk briskly without breathing heavily, and to keep Type II diabetes permanently at bay!

My Program:
 My current exercise plan is a modest one--just get away from my desk and get moving, a lot more often!!
